Each pack/module assessed for electrical, mechanical, thermal, and Structural integrity. Below-threshold packs rejected.

Calibration Drive
Unladen baseline per pack: IR, efficiency, IMU profile. Individual baseline replaces factory specs for all future SoH computation.
